When SJ Property Services carry out improvements or renovations on your property, we ensure the highest level of care and attention is put into all work.  We organise and conduct visits with authorised bodies including building regulators and environmental officers.  We guarantee all houses we conduct building works on are completed and relevant certificates are issued.

Our team have dealt with a large number of property turnarounds which varies from 9-bed student rentals to 1-bed flats to professionals.  Benefiting from this experience has put us in a number one position in comparison with our competitors as all work carried out in our properties will be completed by experienced and trained staff.

 

HMO Requirements

SJ Property Services have years of experience in undertaking National and Additional Houses with Multiple Occupancy licensing alongside Article 4 Applications.

We work very close with the Brighton & Hove City Council and established a good relationship with them to enable us forecast required works, provide a hassle-free service and assist in the completion to obtain a licence.
