You as a tenant or group are very important to us, therefore we continuously strive and ensure to:-

 

  • Provide knowledge of Brighton areas by help finding the right home for you.
  • Be able to answer all your questions where applicable.
  • Provide quality service and commitment to our tenants.
  • Ensure we are always contactable.
  • Provide a 24-hour maintenance help-line, react to maintenance faults and provide feedback where applicable.
  • Provide tenants with instruction manuals to their new home.
  • Ensure properties are safety-tested as required by Law.
  • Providing copies of gas and electrical safety certificates and energy performance certificates.
  • Provide a custom-made tenancy agreement (where applicable) for you and supporting documents, e.g. guarantee deed and application form.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction throughout the tenancy.
  • Offer rewards where applicable, prizes for best-cared houses pre-Xmas and Easter inspections.
  • Support tenants with regard issues or disputes through The Property Ombudsman or other professional bodies with whom we have membership.
  • Ensure your damage deposit is protected by Law. We have advance “My-Deposits” trained staff who ensure an amicable deposit return.
  • Provide non-bias photographic inventory check-in and check-out reports by an independent inventory company who is AIIC-approved by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.
